Jam Cafe has survived for quite a while now at the corner of Carlton and Ontario, and I’ve finally had the pleasure of their food (as well as their fine selection of beer).

It’s not cheap, the portions aren’t huge, and I was delighted. In particular the bread pudding with caramel sauce was a small enough helping to leave me wanting more, yet knowing that I had probably eaten enough.
